2021 Gard Vintners exhibition

I currently have a new series for my solo exhibition at Gard Vintners Ellensburg tasting room. Here are some of the images in the show. This my third show at Gard, the 2019 and 2020 shows were very well received. The 2021 exhibition will be November through December. Stop by, have a glass of wine and take a look at the photographs.

Last winter, David found out he would need to have radiation treatments in Yakima for 8 solid weeks, 5 days a week. It was depressing to think about. In an attempt to make it something other than frustrating, he decided to take a photograph each of the 40 days. Some days he took more than one, other days just one. These photographs represent his journey. His journey to make a lousy 40 days become his choice, looking for the perfect shot. He looked for just the right lighting, and subjects that caught his eye. It’s these photographs that got him through the daily commute to Yakima, I hope you enjoy them.
